Alceon supplies on a trade basis to UK businesses. Whether you're placing a one-off order or looking for an ongoing supply relationship, here's what you need to know.
Who We Supply
We work with registered UK businesses across manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, warehousing, and related sectors. We don't supply to the general public.
How to Order
Online
Browse our full product range at alceon.co.uk and place your order directly through the store. Payment is taken at checkout by card or bank transfer.
By Email
For larger orders, multi-line requirements, or if you'd like to discuss your needs before ordering, contact us at trade@alceon.co.uk. We'll respond within one business day.
Pricing
All prices on the site are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing UK rate. If you are ordering from outside the UK, contact us to discuss pricing and shipping options.
Lead Times
Standard lead time is 10–14 working days from order confirmation. For larger or multi-item orders, lead times will be confirmed at the time of order. We'll always keep you informed if anything changes.
Delivery
We deliver to mainland UK business addresses. Delivery is handled by a specialist pallet courier suited to the size and weight of our products. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
For Scotland, remote areas, or multi-site deliveries, contact us directly for a delivery quote before placing your order.
Minimum Orders
There is no formal minimum order value. However, given the nature of our products and delivery method, orders of a single small item may not be cost-effective without consolidating with other requirements. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll advise.
Returns and Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at trade@alceon.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos where possible. We'll resolve the issue quickly and without unnecessary process.

Payment Terms
At present we operate on a proforma basis — payment is required before despatch. If you are a larger business looking to discuss account terms, contact us directly.
