Trade Enquiries and Orders
For new orders, product questions, delivery quotes, or account discussions — email is the best way to reach us. Include as much detail as you can about your requirements and we'll come back to you promptly.
Existing Orders
If you're contacting us about an order already placed, please include your order reference number in the subject line. This helps us pick it up and respond quickly.
What to Include in Your Enquiry
To help us respond as usefully as possible, it's worth including:
- The products you're interested in, or your order reference if already placed
- Your delivery postcode, particularly for pallet deliveries to remote areas
- Any specific lead time requirements
- Whether you're looking for a one-off purchase or an ongoing supply arrangement
Response Times
We respond to all trade enquiries within one business day, Monday to Friday. Emails received over the weekend will be picked up on Monday morning.
