Shipping Policy

All Alceon products are manufactured to order directly from our UK facility in Wednesbury, West Midlands.

Lead time
Please allow 10 to 14 working days from order confirmation for your item to be manufactured and despatched. We will notify you with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery rates
Standard Parcel Delivery — £15.00
Pallet Delivery (large or heavy items) — £45.00

Delivery area
We currently ship to UK mainland addresses only. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or offshore islands please contact us before ordering as additional charges may apply.

Tracking
All orders are sent with a tracked service. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been despatched.

If you have a specific deadline, contact us at trade@alceon.co.uk before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. We have a direct line to our manufacturer and can often negotiate faster turnaround for trade buyers.
